The Field Days Organic project provides skills and education for adults with learning disabilities where volunteers help out each week.

Embassy Café, 36 Cathays Terrace

If you like to play board games over a cup of tea with a group of chatty elderly individuals, then this is the project for you!

Come along for the evening and make sensory textiles for adults living with dementia.

Huggard Centre, Cardiff

Volunteers will visit the Huggard Centre, a centre for the homeless in Cardiff, and put on activities for service users for a few hours a week.

Cardiff Riding School, Pontcanna Fields

Volunteers support adults with disabilities to participate in a weekly 30 minute horseback ride.

Various locations

Volunteers are matched with an adult with disabilities and/or mental health conditions to do activities each week.
