SVC is a fantastic organisation to be a part of (even if we do say so ourselves) so take a look below to see whether we are currently recruiting for any roles you may be interested in.
If you are a volunteer interested in getting more involved in SVC, then why not apply to become a Lead Volunteer?
Our Lead Volunteers take on extra responsibility for an SVC project. They manage the day-to-day running of the project, from recruitment and vetting, to offering volunteer support. Each Lead Volunteer is allocated an SVC staff member to work alongside them to offer advice and guidance in their role.
You can find out more about the role of a Lead Volunteer here.
Recuitment is now open for the academic year 2017-18!
How to apply:
Complete the Lead Volunteer Application Form 2017-18 on the side of the this page and email it over to Ella at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then call you in to the office to have a quick, informal chat about the role.
We are looking for lead volunteers for the following projects. Please note, not all of our projects have lead volunteers so please choose from the following projects only in your application.
PLEASE NOTE: Although most of the projects below are closed for volunteers, they are still open for lead volunteer applications:
- *New* Games Club: A new project for 2017/18, this will be a weekly boardgames club for adults with disabilities and/or mental health conditions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership over a brand new project!
